Workplan for 2025
The Guernsey Competition and Regulatory Authority’s (GCRA) 2025 Workplan focuses on strengthening fair competition, modernising regulation, and ensuring that markets deliver clear benefits for consumers.
Key initiatives include reviewing broadband and private circuit retail markets to ensure cost savings are passed on to end users, modernising the telecoms licensing framework, and enhancing telecoms reporting standards. The GCRA will also support the implementation of States energy policy within its remit and continue to safeguard consumer protections such as access to emergency calls and fair pricing.
